Instructions are in English, French and Spanish. Includes the patterns and instructions to make View A skirt that is fitted from waist to knee and then cascades into a waterfall hemline and back train. View B has the same fit from waist to knee and then gathers into a full lower skirt. Suggested fabrics include taffetas, satin and duchesse.
