This listing is for vintage Anne Adams mail order pattern 4792 for a dress and bolero jacket. Misses vintage size 16 (see attached body and size measurement chart). This pattern is in good, used condition, pieces have been cut out with pinking shears and are complete with some minor wear to a few pieces. Dated approximately late 1950’s to very early 1960’s.
