This listing is for Simplicity Pattern 9454, misses Fairy costumes by designer Andrea Schewe. Misses sizes 6, 8, 10 and 12. This pattern from 2000 is in good, uncut condition. Pattern envelope has wear with tape and some tears but is complete. Includes the patterns and instructions to make three views of the dress, a cape, overdresses, tie belt, crown  and wings.
