Head sizes for children are small (19″), Medium (20″) and Large (21″) and for misses small (21′), Medium (22″) and large (23″). Designed by Elaine Heigel Designs. Includes the patterns and instructions to make five views of animal theme hats, owl, frog, panda, cat and monkey. Suggested fabric is fleece.
