This pattern is from the original 1984 issue of Butterick Cabbage Patch doll patterns and is in very good, uncut condition. Package includes the patterns and instructions to make two views of a dress and panties as well as a pinafore and bibb. Also includes the iron on transfer sheet to make the smiling cabbage as shown on the bibb. The side of the envelope are open but the envelope is in good, readable condition.
