This listing is for Butterick Sewing Pattern 3660/405, Cabbage Patch kinds clothing package. This pattern is in good, used condition and one of the original patterns from 1986 and no longer in print. Pattern pieces are cut out and complete. Includes the pattern pieces and instructions to make the top/shirt, jumper and overalls for the regular 16″ sized Cabbage Patch dolls.
