We are located in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountain region. In addition to sewing patterns, you will find crochet, knitting, doll making and other craft books.
We always post as clear pictures as possible with each listing and take time to accurately describe the item too but please feel free to ask for more information or other pictures if you wish before you purchase and I will promptly send that information to you.
The majority of what I sell are in very good, uncut and like new factory folded condition. All patterns are personally selected and inspected by me for quality and completeness. Should there be any defects or missing pieces they are noted in the description. We are not responsible for mistakes or errors done by the publisher or manufacturer of the pattern, book, fabric or other products we sell. All sales are final, we do not issue returns, refunds, credits or exchanges of any product we sell.
